THANK YOU FOR VISITING US! WE LEAVE FOR KENYA OCTOBER 17 FOR THREE MONTHS. YOUR PRAYER COVERING IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

Tea fields and thatched roofs in Sengera (Nyanza Province, Kenya).

This picture illustrates some of the landscape in Sengera, Kenya where we stay during our visit in Kenya. The foreground shows the lush tea leaves which is a major crop in this region reserved primarily for export. Nearly everyone grows tea. Thatched roofs of houses can be seen in the background and in the distance one of the peaks of the Kenyan highlands - a plateau that can reach 5000 - 6000 feet in elevation. Homes, mostly made of mud with thatch roofs and some with tin roofs, surround the peaks and valleys. Farming is the main source of livelihood here.

Be sure to check in regularly with us and see what God is doing. We will do our best to post as much as possible. We leave for Kenya on October 17, 2018 - Sara and Mani for three months and Brandon for 5 weeks. We ask for your prayers.
